Why do we require the initial detail?
A maintenance detail is designed to maintain a vehicle we’ve already brought to a professional starting condition. Beginning with a qualifying full detail allows future visits to focus on maintaining those results instead of correcting months or years of accumulated buildup.
Additional cleaning, restoration or contamination removal outside normal maintenance may require an additional charge. Any additional work is discussed and approved before it is performed.

Some Messes Need to Be Quoted Individually.
Food and drink spills, excessive mud, unusually heavy grime and other conditions outside routine maintenance are evaluated when we see the vehicle. If additional work is needed, we explain it and get your approval before doing anything extra. No surprise charges.

Can anyone sign up for a maintenance membership?
No. The program is exclusively for vehicles that have first received a qualifying full detail from North Texas Ceramic Coatings & Detailing of DFW. That initial service gives us the clean starting point the maintenance program is designed to preserve.
Do I have to choose a membership immediately after my full detail?
No. We can discuss the program after your qualifying detail and help you choose the schedule that makes sense for your vehicle, driving habits and how consistently you want it maintained.
What is included in a normal maintenance visit?
Normal visits include professional exterior hand washing, wheels and tires, glass, door jambs, routine interior vacuuming, dust removal and wipe-down maintenance of common interior surfaces.
What happens if my vehicle needs more than normal maintenance?
If pet hair, sand, spills, mud, excessive grime or other conditions require additional work, we’ll evaluate the vehicle and discuss any upcharge before performing the extra service.
Can I add ceramic protection to a maintenance visit?
Yes. Eligible visits can include a 3-month or 6-month ceramic sealant upgrade. Gold, Platinum and Diamond members receive their applicable membership discount on those protection upgrades.
Do you maintain ceramic-coated vehicles?
Yes. Our hand-wash maintenance process is well suited for professionally protected vehicles and is designed to help preserve the finish without relying on abrasive tunnel-wash brushes.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The maintenance program is flexible and month-to-month. You can pause or cancel when your needs change. We’d rather earn your next visit than lock you into it.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Limited-radius pickup and delivery may be available depending on location, schedule and service. Contact us with your address and appointment details so we can confirm availability.
Which plan should I choose?
Gold works well for vehicles that stay relatively clean. Platinum offers more frequent upkeep for daily drivers and families. Diamond is designed for customers who want the most frequent maintenance and the largest member savings.
What if I wait too long between visits?
If the vehicle falls outside normal maintenance condition, additional cleaning may be required before it can return to routine maintenance. We’ll inspect it and explain any additional work before proceeding.
